OK Jez and Matt. You seem to be very knowledgable ablout... everything.

Could Mission get into trouble for health and safety issues? The club was WAY overpacked last night. and it must have been at least 30 degrees in there. Surely they have to keep it to a safe temperature and safe amounts of people.

I would have thought that as long as people are free to leave and water is available then it can be as hot as they like. Overcrowding is illegal though

There's no law in the UK as to the maximum temperature a place can be, providing adequate drinks provisions are met.

There is a minimum temperature, however.

(this does not include places where high temperatures are expected, but in general, i.e. pubs and clubs etc, there is no law)

Also the amount of people you are allowed ina uildng is limited by the fire safety provisions, which as I remember are near exemplary in Mission/Loco, so basically they can pack youin like sardines and If you don't lke it you can go sit outside where its a little cooler.

so after paying a fiver to get in I then see it is overpacked and my only option is to leave?? That sucks ass
