OK - VodBull is a student night that happens once a month in Birmingham. I think they do it in Exeter, Wolverhampton, Northampton & a few other places but I've never been there.
Doors open at 8.30, and from then until 10.00 double Vodka RedBull costs ?1. People aim to drink at least 15 doubles before 10, sometimes more. At 10 the price changes to ?1 for single vodka RedBull, and 11 it's ?1.50 a single.
It's absolute carnage from 8.30 onwards - nobody has any idea what happens, but we're all certain it's mad! It's a rare occasion for many people to survive the night. People usually either get kicked out for things we can't remember, or leave and get lost walking home, or get lifts home in the VodBull Sickmobile, a car with bin bags on the seats which takes sick people home for free!
Unadulterated chaos, every month. Next one is Thursday 2nd October, I can't wait!
