I'd choose almost any other alcoholic beverage over them given a choice (other than VK or similar gut-rotting alcopops).

Id rather have a pint of fosters than any girls drink i.e alchopops such as bacardi breezers, any vk and all the others that i cant be bothered to name. Come on sam, no one is gonna respect you with a lemon bacardi breezer walking round the steam as much as the rest of us with our big man pints!

Barlady in the Steam was great on Thursday night - my pint of Timothy Taylor Landlord tasted like bleach or some sort of industrial cleaning fluid.
I timidly took it back, apologised for complaining, and she immediatley poured me a pint of 6X as a replacement. Wonderful.
She also gave Greenaroo a one-penny discount on his round so he didn't have to break into a tenner.
